illuminated boards, showing visitors their present location on the
layout of the halls, together with an A-Z list of exhibitors. The
sponsor would get an AO poster on the reverse side.

Produce and supply carrier bags for distribution throughout the
exhibition. Dispensers will be supplied at the entrance. One side of
the bag must have the exhibition logo on, artwork to be supplied by
the exhibition organisers. Otherwise the bags can be branded in
anyway the sponsor chooses.

There will be 5 water machines located at strategic points throughout
the exhibition, offering buyers and exhibitors free cool water. The
sponsor would get a sign/poster above the machine, which dispenses
plastic cups. These would be personalised with the sponsors company
logo, website etc. There is a minimum order of 50,000 cups which
should last for at least 3 shows.

complimentary refreshments in a calm and relaxed environment. The

As the exhibition opens on a Sunday many of the buyers bring their
young children. To enable their visit to be more beneficial we
arrange for a creche facility on the Sunday with fully trained staff.

out for a more personal touch. The sponsor can include posters on the

A shuttle bus service runs from Harrogate railway station to the
Exhibition Centre and also to the main hotels. An extra shuttle bus
will be transporting overseas buyers to and from Leeds/Bradford
airport. The sponsor would receive branding on the buses and at the

Located adjacent to the main catering plaza this was launched in
September 2004 and was a huge success with the buyers and those
exhibitors that found time to relax. Professional therapists are on
hand to refresh those tired feet, sooth and relax with an Indian head
massage, or ease aching shoulders. The Zone is advertised in all the
show literature and signed within the exhibition. This would include
the sponsor's logo and company name. The area itself could also
be tailor-made to suit the required image of the sponsor.
